Set your Options.

Time & Date Options
Synchronized Time This time should match your computer clock. If it does not, adjust your time zone settings below. When the displayed time is synchronized with your computer clock, all timestamps on the site will be shown in your local time.
Time Zone * Select your local time zone and indicate whether or not your region is observing Daylight Savings Time (DST).
Time Format * Select the timestamp format you would like displayed throughout the site.
Start of the Week * Select the timestamp format you would like displayed throughout the site.
